Adam is a highly qualified transport planning consultant, having worked in the development planning sector since 2003, on behalf of a wide range of private and public-sector clients, including developers, retailers, asset/investment funds, landowners and private individuals. Consulting across a number of sectors, Adam prides himself in being a proactive to the needs of the client, commercially aware and always looking to add tangible value to the project. Finally, and most importantly to him, personable and easy to work with, which is evidenced by his commitment to building strong and lasting employee, client and stakeholder relationships.
Adam founded Cotswold Transport Planning in 2014, born out of a desire to do things differently. As Managing Director, his relationship with his team underpins everything that the company stands for; trust, loyalty, relationships, and he believes a good company ethos has to come from the top, all set by being the best example to his colleagues he can be.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife, Dominique, and their two young children, Ava and Tucker, in their hometown of Cheltenham. When not in Cheltenham, Canada is a second home to Adam and his family.
